Before i move on to power of public let me refresh my mind on diplomatic relationships let me give you addresses of my earlier posts just to glance through things that i think is important and my interests. i believe it is good to view things from an ordinary woman point of view rather than always viewing things from the brains and minds of the experts.
I like
human relationships. I like the relationships that I can feel some fruitfulness.
This is all about personal or private relationships, including the
relationships that one can talk commonly, with regard to the society that a
person lives. I believe that every relationship is important when it comes to
human dealings.
For a
country it is important to have a good and effective relationship with the
outside world, political and apolitical. No country is isolated in the current world
map we live. How ever, each and every single community, society, tribe,
primitive or advanced societies of this globe, are very well connected with the
entire, global political and cultural community in numerous, multi million
ways.
No man
can be escaped or live a very personalized, isolated life because of the same
theory of current globe that I mentioned little while ago. So the world is
99.99 politically, culturally connected and hacked, televised, gossiped, paparazzized
in every possible way.
So what?
What is the reason to be feared?
It is
very so good when the entire globe become ‘so transparent’ to others. Other than
the things that should be kept secret from the entire world, every other thing
should be reveled. Yet no secret is a secret when others know that there is /are
secrete /s, people so consciously and curiously looking and searching for facts
behind the term secret. Why? Because some facts important because of many
reasons.
Allies
and coalitions, these are the terms that I am very much interested in these
days. If you travel across the global map you can easily find various allies
and coalitions that have setup for multi million reasons. Some of the allies
were set up to reach or achieve a ‘Global Political Objective’ rather than
singular objectives of a particular society.
Some of
them are ‘Zonal’.
And within
a society, country, you find many of such allies which are aimed at again political
or apolitical reasons. Some allies no
doubt are formed temporarily to achieve short term objectives. Once the
objectives of such allies are achieved the ally may not sustain, the members
may back to their earlier visions and missions, naturally.
I can
analyze some of local, current, shot term allies that were purposely formed
aiming at political reasons. This globe we live is so competitive which I like
very much. If you can think of something that only a particular group or people
wish to discuss other than talking, discussing about dancing or music, that is ‘Politics
and Power. Political awareness regarding various things, including the
constitutions, ‘needs better, effective dialogue that is to avoid ‘misunderstandings
among people’. I believe that often people are lazy to think beyond their traditional
ways of thinking and accept something that they are not quite used to.
Competition
is a healthy thing.
It is interesting
to view how the political pictures have changed ‘globally and locally’, over
years. It is also very interesting to read about the allies and coalitions that
have finally gathered under a one roof to full fill the needs of globe ,
inevitable, which was not a prominent or apparent thing in the let’s say recent
past, after world wars.
Every global
communication is important and matters when it comes to foreign relationships
with each the partner of global community. It is essential to have an effective
dialogue and represent the globe with a clear agenda of local political and apolitical
thinking. In order to show ‘the position of each and every community ‘with
regard to their policies, POLITICAL OR APOLITICAL, ‘an accurate representation’
is highly essential.
Who should
represent a certain community (if you take every singular country as a singular
community of the multiple global community) on behalf of entire local community
decide by the ‘state hierarchies; and they have the power to do so. (?)
Who ever
(you can’t just choose who ever, I just wrote the word) represent local
communities of their own beliefs and policies, has a loads of responsibilities on
their shoulders. ‘Accurate representation’ has the ability to solve the puzzles
of the globe with regard to any curiosities of an inside community. It is essential
to have a ‘Clean and Clear Mind’ to sit together with the globe and answer
their queries.
I think
for any, let me use the term ‘diplomat’ who represents their community, it is
important to have an eagle eye to read and understand the global happening and
what is happening locally.
Diplomats
should be stunned, equipped with all necessary facts of affairs in the global
network and I must believe should maintain patience in every moment of puzzle solving
and when dealing with various personalities, groups, members. And each and
every representer needs to have an understanding ‘on how such effects the day
today lives of local people, people of globe. That can be done through
effective communication with each the diplomat in the network.
I believe
that sometimes you may face moments, situations that it is good to avoid and
move out from such situations that may have given you at any of the moments of your
diplomatic dealings with others or give you a bit of a trouble or headaches and
come back when the ‘situation become calm and neutral’.
Things
that are happening ‘off the screen’ should be solved personally and privately
without trying to add them to the list of official dealings, I believe.
I believe
that they are ways to handle things at home pages, offices, organizations,
companies, institutions ‘within the given period of working’. What so ever
happening outside the given or allocated period can not be claimed as ‘official’
happenings or dealings.
Often,
we face situations that human’s levels of aggressiveness’ going up like nothing
but, there is one thing that we must not forget ‘who would take care of our goals
of personal life, forget the goals of public life if possible for few moments and
think beyond that. If you do not learn to avoid or face such various human
conditions what would happen to your goals of life, aims of country very
specifically?
For some,
‘carrier is not everything, I accept’ and public or common goals become first
goal of all list of aims. You need to remember and alarmed, that ‘Do not easily
give any groups, people, individuals a chance to fulfill their enemy full
desires. Stay steady and firm.

This globe
is full of people who are so talented in ‘spoiling others life agendas’, it is
higher than the percentage of people who always ‘wish something good to happen’
for others. Just travel across the global map, every morning or every day to
collate a bag full of information, you might think a bag is not enough, you
need a ship. You may identify them under ‘various tangs and names’
There are
certain positions and professions of this world that ‘it is not possible for
every person to obtain’, you need to have certain qualifications, forget
politics for few moments.
Reputation;
every ones wish I guess. Don’t give or add facts to the global fact gatherings,
compiles other than something ‘that the whole globe can learn’.
Most
of you were silent when a constitution is changed, I believe. If you specialists do not agree to certain
things of something, take a constitution for instance, ‘on the spot’, immediately
after the changes, should be gathered ‘dialogued’ and discussed, not later.
If the
sentences (?) of a particular constitution (13 or 18) changed in 2010 or earlier,
what is the year that we live today?
Through
out the entire political history of Sri Lanka, the contents and facts of constitutions
have changed at various stages, eras. The
ways of selecting members for senate, parliament is not the same when compared to
certain ‘stages of political picture of our country’. I am not specifically
talking about the ‘vote’ I am talking about the ‘structure’ of membership of
parliament as well.
‘from 'A
Prime Minister' ruling a country is differs from an Executive President' ruling a
country. Who changed these things, CITIZENS of the country? NO
An election always has given everyone to 'rate the effectiveness of changes of every constitution, amendment, policy.
‘What happened
on 22nd May, in 1972? And On September 1978’; ‘what are the importance
that this years hold in the local political history?
Do you
see any changes that these two years brought or carried forward until year
2010? Yes the changes are apparent
‘I believe
no political or apolitical policies STAY STILL’ it changes but if not just the
political big bosses but also the PUBLIC do not like the changes what is the
point waiting this long to discuss?
I believe
if any do not like something without giving it a political shape and a colour
must discuss ‘collating people’s views’
at the very same point of decision. If you
discuss things very latter after happening something then that become ‘politics
and power, though it is clear. If you
think of PUBLIC health and good you should have discussed these things earlier.
Let me
clearly say what I am talking about. I am talking about the current president deciding
to compete for the third consecutive time for the ‘Presidentship’
I believe,
who ever decide what so ever ‘the public of this nidahas janarajaya’ (independent state) have the POWER OVER
CHOOSING THEIR PRESIDENT’ OF THEIR COUNTRY. Let’s trust the intuition of the
public.
The result
that you the media read before every eye of public after an election is the ‘WISH
OF PEOPLE’
