Other than giving ORDERs what do you do?

We know that we have only 24 hours a day to fulfill what ever task, at home or at work place. Though you have tons of work to be completed you will not get more than 24 hrs. From that 24 you need to separate the time you have for your professional work or for your profession.

The Institution decide about the tasks and the working hrs. So think of that you need to allocate time for other work

if you are a family person, you are expected to allocate time accordingly , thinking of priorities. if you are not a social man or a woman then you have more time to spend on your family, or for your fiance, GF or for who ever

Family, Profession, society; these are the three important things that one has to think of

if you think beyond working hrs, then you can spend some time thinking 'how to enhance my carrier', how to improve my carrier lanes. You are not expected to think about such things within the duty hrs, other than your carrier naturally supports for such thinking.

so because of all what i mentioned above, i thought it is good to ask few questions my self, to enhance self  organs, carrier or otherwise because i too have unaccomplished personal aims lying on my table - writing.

Sometimes it shifts to the book shelf. so such tasks moves from this place to that place, without taking any efforts to complete or forgetting the aim i spend more time on doing rubbish or things unimportant or less important.

So following are the questions arose from my mind.

What was your yesterday's Plan?

Were you able to complete or achieve what ever you planned ?

What are the tasks that you were unable to complete from yesterday's plan?

If so, what went wrong or what refrain you from achieving them?

What were the obstacles faced?

Was it because you entered more plans, tasks in to your day's plan that you would not be able to manage or achieve within a day's time?

How much time do you spent on the tasks you aimed at? were you fare to the tasks planned?

How did you allocate time for each tasks, did you do it accurately or foolishly?

Were you with a group or team of workers or were you managing all alone?

Imagine you have a work shop to be schedule in about two weeks time, how would you plan that?

How do you allocate tasks among the team you are given to work?

Now you are asked to plan a workshop, remember, Is it the only task in the entire institution has to accomplish or are there any other tasks?

Do you think all members of the team should involve in that?

How much time the leader of the organizing committee should spend on organizing tasks?

Do you think, the leader too must actively involve in the activities scheduled?

Do you think that you need to plan it one or two days prior to the days scheduled for the work shop or more days in advance?

or do you think you should do it leisurely or carelessly?

Other than ordering others what do you think you should do?

Within the 8 hrs (?) you are given to work, how much time do you really spend on the duties you are asked to complete or fulfill?

How much time do you spend on ' seeking carrier development routes, away from work hrs?

How do you really plan your task?

Are you satisfied with the support others giving you to complete your tasks, if you are member of a team?

What if , you can full fill your task only if others completely give their support?

Do you think that inabilities of managing time or tasks of the other members, affect your work?

What suggestion do you have to face such situations?

what strategy you suggest to tackle such situations of your work place?

How do you really handle the disobedient workers of your isntitution?

Do you think firing them would provide you 'relief' or headaches?

Think of a garment factory for a moment, and imagine that you are on a line, you are expected to sew a pocket of a shirt. for others to sew a complete shirt, you need to give them sawed pocket on time.

what do you think of  your 'time or tasks management Skills?
Are you satisfied with that?

i know that i can ask many questions, you know that you can think of many things with regard to the topic of the day, your carrier plans , plans of the institution

other than the questions i wrote above following too came in to my mind

i thought sometimes we spent more time on 'inquiring how others work',

sometimes what we do is ' without really thinking of our own roles, we complain of others not working

or

sometimes we boast about the tasks we completed , often we compare how others achieved their targets

often, we worry about the things such as, 'why some fail or failed to achieve their targets, how others have met the targets they were aimed at?

Sometimes what we do is complaining about the tasks we have to complete, without  taking much effort complete a single task

i thought i should have a better plan, out side to my carrier to fulfill the tasks unmet.
